Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:

Delayed delivery caused by courier issues
Incorrect shipping details provided by customer
Opened or used products without valid defect issues
Results or effects not meeting personal expectations
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incomplete address, or incorrect contact details, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
