Order Processing
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be processed on the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
East Malaysia: 5–10 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on courier service, location, peak seasons, public holidays, or unexpected courier delays.
Shipping Fee
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made.
From time to time, Tiny Titanz may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers. These promotions may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
Courier Partner
We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing an order. Tiny Titanz will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details, contact numbers, or recipient information.
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos/videos of the parcel and items received.
Our team will review the case and assist you accordingly.
